This space was born out of the rubble of my own making. Recovery from sex and pornography addiction, and the deep shame and isolation that come with it, can’t happen in a vacuum.

For me, recovery hasn’t just been about saying no to destructive patterns. It has been about discovering a deeper yes.
A yes to connection, structure, honesty, and hope.
A yes to strength in the body, resilience in the mind, and peace in the spirit.
A yes to an inexhaustibly loving God. Not the one you may have heard about, but the One who never gives up on us.
Basecamp Recovery isn’t here to offer quick fixes or heavy-handed answers. It is here to be a guidepost and a set of tools, a reminder that you don’t have to walk this road alone. I believe recovery is about more than survival. It is about learning to live fully, with courage and grace.
